The new Etherea with Econavi intelligent sensor and new nanoe air-purifying system: outstanding efficiency (A+++), comfort (Super Quiet technology of only 19 dB(A)) combined with a breakthrough design.

R32 – the most environmentally friendly refrigerant on the market. Compared to R22 and R410A, R32 has a very low potential impact on the depletion of ozone layer and global warming. European regulation CE 517/2014 makes the replacement of fluorinated gases (F-gases) compulsory, such as R410A, for environmental reasons. Panasonic’s commitment to innovation means leading the European R32 change, ahead of the 2017-2030 transition period for refrigerant changes, granted by the European regulation.
Econavi with intelligent eco sensors. 5 Features saving energy all at once Intelligent Sensors are able to detect potential energy waste by using the Human Activity Sensor and Sunlight Sensor, being able to monitor human location, movements, absence and sunlight intensity. It then automatically adjusts cooling power to save energy efficiently, with uninterrupted heating and cooling comfort and convenience.
New nano-sized electrostatic atomised water particles, nanoe™, that improve air quality Experiment proven benefits of electrostatic atomised water particles, nanoe™. The benefits range widely from inhibiting viruses and bacteria, inhibiting mould and allergens, providing moisturised skin. Experiments by universities and research institutions have proven the effects of nanoe™. The world is focusing its attention on this breakthrough technology that could be the key to air purification. nanoe™ is nano-sized electrostatic atomized water particles with plentiful OH radicals. Its effectiveness of bacteria inhibition depends on the number of OH radical, which is generated at the rate of 480 billion per second.

Optional Internet Control. The Etherea Wi-Fi accessory offers the possibility of controlling the air conditioners remotely, by using a smartphone, tablet or PC connected to the internet. The Etherea accessory is wire-connected to the unit, giving full bidirectional connectivity and the ability to control power consumption, error code messages etc.
